Designing an Immersive Brand Experience for a Global Trade Show Audience
In the kitchen and bath industry, image matters. Trade shows are not just about showing products. They are about expressing what a brand stands for in a crowded and competitive space.
When it was time to redesign the TOTO trade show booth, I wanted to create something that would do more than look beautiful. It needed to communicate innovation, elevate the brand’s presence, and invite people inside to experience the product in a meaningful way.
We designed a space that balanced visual impact with purpose. The booth made a statement through clean design and thoughtful layout, while also including a functional testing area where visitors could interact directly with the products. Every element was considered with both brand expression and customer experience in mind.
The result was a space that brought TOTO’s identity to life and demonstrated that design and performance could exist together. It became a point of pride for the team and a clear example of how form and function can work in harmony to create a powerful brand moment.
