Creating a Cultural Moment Through Music and Movement
When Omarion prepared to launch a new music video celebrating dancers and the dance community, his team reached out to explore how we could bring that story directly to the people it was meant to honor.
I saw an opportunity to create something that felt less like a promotion and more like a shared experience.
In less than a week, we built a program around the launch that brought together conversation, creativity, and community. It included a podcast with tWitch and a freestyle cypher that invited dancers to engage with the music in their own way. The campaign was supported through our social and paid channels, helping the story reach both existing fans and new audiences.
The partnership allowed Omarion to connect authentically with the dance community while introducing CLI Studios to a broader audience that had not yet experienced our platform. What began as a quick collaboration became one of the most memorable moments of the 2020 Dance Experience.
It was a reminder that when music and movement come together with intention, they can create connection, discovery, and lasting impact.
