Transforming a Brand’s Digital Experience for Growth

When I joined Arteriors, the company was already in the middle of a website replatform and redesign project. Unfortunately, the work was not in a good place and the timeline was at risk. With High Point Furniture Market approaching quickly, it became clear that we needed a new plan and fast.

I partnered closely with our Director of IT to reset the project and define what success needed to look like. Together, we identified the right agency partner who could move quickly and deliver a site that matched both the brand’s standards and the business needs.

Although the website was not designed as an eCommerce platform, it played a critical role for interior designers and contractors who used it directly with their clients. We also needed to future-proof the experience by building in the functionality to support eCommerce later and by introducing a new furniture configurator for an upcoming semi-custom furniture line launching at market.

The redesigned site brought together brand storytelling, usability, and technical innovation in one experience. It launched on time for High Point Furniture Market and became one of the most talked-about assets at the show.

What began as a stalled project turned into a defining moment for the brand’s digital presence, proving that strong partnership, clear vision, and decisive leadership could transform both the outcome and the impact of the work.
